What is MembersIntel?

MembersIntel is an AI advisor for membership and digital-commerce site owners, built on top of MemberPress. It connects to your site, reads your real membership data, and answers questions about your business in plain language — so you can understand what’s happening without digging through reports.

What it does

Ask a question the way you’d ask a knowledgeable colleague — “Why did my churn spike last week?”, “Which tier is growing fastest?”, “Who’s at risk of canceling?” — and MembersIntel answers from your own synced data, with the numbers behind the answer woven into the response. It also gives you a dashboard of your key metrics and a regular digest of the things worth your attention.

The kinds of things it helps with:

• Understanding your members — who they are, how engaged they are, and which segments matter.
• Revenue and growth — how MRR and revenue are trending.
• Churn and retention — where you’re losing members and what to do about it.
• Working through decisions — pricing, tiers, win-back, and other everyday operator questions.

What it doesn’t do

MembersIntel is advisory. It explains and recommends; it does not make changes to your site for you. It never edits your memberships, access rules, or settings automatically — those stay in your hands. Its knowledge of your site comes from a read-only sync, so site facts can’t be hand-edited in chat.
